The location offers a solid base, close enough to town and local attractions with easy walking access. Rooms provide tea-making facilities complete with mugs, and the airiness of the space makes for a comfortable feel despite the hotel's dated aspects.

Signage for rooms is misleading. the path to Room 130 was hard to find, felt like navigating a maze. The Wi-Fi connection struggled, making it difficult to catch up on some holo-net shows. noise levels from the dining area could quickly go from cozy to chaotic, and the layout of family rooms lacks clarity—certainly not ideal if you expect specific bed arrangements.

    Beautiful sea view!

Had a lovely time with a fab view of the sea! My room was spacious, but the one window was kinda tricky to open. Dining area was nice, but it was way too warm some nights. Bar staff were super friendly but seemed a bit overworked. Not much variety in the food menu, though.

It was just a smart choice for a transient visit in Porthcawl with value for price. The shower was one of the best we have ever used. Don't miss the evening entertainment. it was surprisingly enjoyable.

    great entertainment

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The location is perfect for exploring south Wales, with stunning views from our rooms. We enjoyed visiting the Bridgend area and had easy access to Cardiff and Swansea. Staff were friendly, and the entertainment was a fun surprise. Just a heads-up, breakfast and dinner times are set early for an older crowd, so plan accordingly.

The location was simply amazing, offering breathtaking views right from my bay window. I loved the cozy lounge areas where I could relax after exploring nearby attractions like the lovely beach and local shops. The staff were attentive and made sure everything went smoothly during my short stay. the dining area felt a bit cramped, and I would have preferred more privacy during breakfast.

My stay at Seabank Hotel was delightful, thanks to the stunning sea views and attentive staff. The lively entertainment added to the fun atmosphere. The dated decor and noisy gutter were minor distractions, but overall it’s a great spot for nightlife enthusiasts like me.
